The first SECOT Awards Ceremony "Vida Emprendimiento Empresa, Hoy y Mañana"

SECOT, a member of the IoT DIH, promotes the First Awards Ceremony under the title "Vida Emprendimiento Empresa, Hoy & Mañana" (Life, entrepreneurship and business, today and tomorrow)

These awards are part of the conferences, under the same title, that support young entrepreneurs to enter the job market and to develop projects that become part of the business fabric of Castile and Leon. 

SECOT is promoting this project, which is especially aimed at young people who wish to set up businesses in Castile and Leon. There has been considerable enthusiasm about the event among the regional institutions, including the Castile and Leon Council and the universities of Burgos, Salamanca and Valladolid.

The aim of this conference is to help set up businesses that will provide employment and increase the population in the provinces of Burgos, Palencia, Salamanca, Soria, Valladolid and Zamora.

It will be possible to submit projects until April 15th, in groups of up to five people. Creativity, innovation and originality will be valued. In addition, priority will be given to projects whose execution is viable in the short term and which have the capacity to provide employment in Castile and Leon, taking advantage of the resources of this autonomous community and following the Sustainable Development Objectives of Agenda 2030.

Three projects per province will be granted free advice for one year and the project with the greatest potential will receive the "Cum Laude Vida Emprendimiento, hoy y mañana" award and will be given financial aid that will cover the initial costs of its business activity.
